هذه الشروط هي الاتفاق بينك وبين QbyteLab، الشركة الناشرة لتطبيق Q-Ai PDF. باستخدامك التطبيق فأنت تقبلها. وإن لم توافق عليها فنرجو ألّا تستخدم التطبيق.

ما هو Q-Ai PDF

محرر ومجموعة أدوات تعمل على هاتفك: التعديل، والمسح الضوئي، والدمج، والتقسيم، والضغط، والتحويل، والتوقيع، والحماية، وغيرها. وهي مجانية ولا تحتاج إلى حساب ولا إلى اتصال.
ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتحمل علامة «AI»: تكتب المستندات والعروض التقديمية، وتحوّل، وتترجم، وتلخص، وتجيب عن أسئلتك حول ملف PDF. وهي تعمل على خادمنا، وتحتاج إلى حساب، وتُحتسب من استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي تمنحه الخطة عن كل شهر مدفوع.

ملفاتك

ملفاتك وما تصنعه بالتطبيق ملك لك. لا ندعي أي حق فيها. وأنت المسؤول عن أن يكون لك الحق في استخدام الملفات والنصوص التي تأتي بها إلى التطبيق.

عندما تستخدم ميزة من ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي فأنت تأذن لنا بمعالجة ما ترسله، وبتمريره إلى مزودي الذكاء الاصطناعي المذكورين في سياسة الخصوصية، لإنتاج نتيجتك وحفظها في حسابك، لا لغير ذلك.

يحفظ التطبيق ملفاتك على هاتفك. فإذا فقدت الهاتف أو أزلت التطبيق ذهبت معه، ولا نستطيع استرجاعها: فاحتفظ بنسخ مما يهمك.

السطر في أسفل الملفات

الملفات التي ينتجها التطبيق وأنت بلا خطة سارية تحمل سطرًا صغيرًا في أسفلها: «Q-Ai PDF by QbyteLab.com»: في كل صفحة من ملف PDF، وفي تذييل مستند Word، وفي أسفل كل شريحة، وفي تذييل الطباعة للمصنف، وسطرًا أخيرًا في الملف النصي، ومرسومًا في أسفل الصورة. أما الملفات التي تفتحها أو تعرضها أو تشاركها كما هي فلا يُكتب عليها شيء أبدًا.

ومع خطة سارية لا يُضاف هذا السطر، ويُزال من الملف عندما تشاركه أو تحفظه من جديد أو تستخدم عليه أداة. أما السطر المرسوم على صورة فهو جزء من الصورة ولا يمكن إزالته بعد ذلك.

هذا السطر جزء من العرض المجاني: فنرجو ألّا تزيله من ملفات أُنتجت بلا خطة.

الحسابات

لا تحتاج إلى حساب إلا لميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي وللخطط. تسجل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google. حافظ على أمان هاتفك وحسابك لدى Apple أو Google: فما يجري من حسابك هو على مسؤوليتك.

يمكنك حذف حسابك متى شئت من التطبيق (الحساب ← حذف الحساب). والحذف نهائي: يسقط ما تبقّى في الحساب من استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، والخطة المشتراة من App Store أو Google Play تبقى سارية إلى أن تلغيها هناك. وتبين سياسة الخصوصية بدقة ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يبقى.

ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي

راجع النتائج. الذكاء الاصطناعي قد يخطئ. فما يكتبه قد يتضمن أخطاء، أو وقائع مختلقة، أو أرقامًا غير صحيحة، أو معلومات قديمة، والمستند المحول أو المترجم قد يختلف عن الأصل. اقرأ كل مستند وراجعه قبل أن تعتمد عليه أو ترسله أو توقعه.

ليست استشارة مهنية. لا شيء مما ينتجه الذكاء الاصطناعي يُعدّ استشارة قانونية أو طبية أو مالية أو ضريبية أو أي استشارة مهنية أخرى. وفي القرارات المهمة استشر مختصًا مؤهلًا.

الاستخدام المقبول. تُقدم ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي عبر نماذج Claude من Anthropic، وتنطبق سياسة الاستخدام الخاصة بـ Anthropic على ما تطلبه منها. وعلى وجه الخصوص، لا تستخدم Q-Ai PDF من أجل:

مخالفة القانون أو إعانة غيرك على مخالفته؛
إنتاج محتوى مسيء أو يحض على الكراهية أو مضلل أو فيه استغلال جنسي، أو يضر بالأطفال؛
التعدي على حقوق الغير، أو معالجة ملفات لا يحق لك استخدامها؛
مهاجمة الخدمة أو إثقالها أو اختبار ثغراتها أو إعادة بيعها، أو التحايل على حدودها.

قد يرفض الذكاء الاصطناعي طلبًا ما. ويحق لنا تعليق أو إغلاق أي حساب يُستخدم على هذا النحو.

تُحفظ النتائج 30 يومًا. تبقى النتيجة في حسابك على خادمنا مدة 30 يومًا بعد انتهاء مهمتها لتتمكن من فتحها على أجهزتك، ثم تُحذف. أما المستند الذي فتحته أو حفظته فهو على هاتفك ويبقى فيه: فاحفظ ما تريد الاحتفاظ به.

التوافر والحدود. تعتمد ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي على خدمات شركات أخرى وعلى الاتصال، وقد تكون بطيئة أو غير متاحة أحيانًا. وهناك حدود لحجم الملفات وعدد الصفحات وطول الطلبات. ويحمي الحسابَ من الاستخدام المنفلت حد يومي لما يمكن أن يستخدمه، وحد أسبوعي يساوي خمسة أضعاف الحد اليومي. وتستطيع تغيير الحد اليومي من شاشة «الخطط والاستخدام».

الخطط واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي

الخطط. يقدم Q-Ai PDF خططًا شهرية (البداية وبلس وبرو وماكس) تُباع عبر App Store وGoogle Play. ويظهر السعر في شاشة «الخطط والاستخدام» وفي المتجر قبل الشراء، بعملتك.

ما تمنحه الخطة. الخطة اشتراك شهري. تمنح حسابك، عن كل شهر يُدفع ثمنه، استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي المبين لتلك الخطة في شاشة «الخطط والاستخدام»: فكل شهر مدفوع يبدأ بالمقدار كاملًا. وطوال الشهر المدفوع، حتى بعد أن ينفد استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي لذلك الشهر، لا تحمل الملفات التي تنتجها سطر «Q-Ai PDF by QbyteLab.com».

ما لا يُستخدم لا يُرحَّل. ما يبقى من استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي عند نهاية الشهر المدفوع لا يُضاف إلى الشهر التالي: فالشهر الجديد يبدأ بمقدار الخطة كاملًا، لا أكثر. وإذا انتهت الخطة من غير تجديد، سواء ألغيتها وانقضت المدة المدفوعة، أو لم يُدفع ثمن التجديد، أو رُدّ ثمن الشراء أو أُلغي، لم يبقَ من استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي فيها شيء. ويسقط ما تبقّى كذلك إذا حذفت حسابك. واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي ليس مالًا: لا يمكن سحبه ولا استبداله نقدًا ولا تحويله إلى حساب آخر، إلا حيث يوجب القانون غير ذلك.

استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي الترحيبي. قد يحصل الحساب الجديد، مرة واحدة، على مقدار صغير من استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي ليجرّب به ميزاته. وهو غير مرتبط بشهر. فإذا بدأت خطة حلّ محلّه استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي تمنحه الخطة، فلا يُجمع الاثنان، ولا يعود حين تنتهي الخطة.

كيف يُحتسب استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي. استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي تأخذ منه ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي وحدها. وتأخذ المهمة منه بحسب العمل المنجز فعلًا: نموذج الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي اخترته، ومقدار النص المقروء والمكتوب، وما قد يكون من صور وعمليات بحث في الويب. عند بدء المهمة يُحجز أقصى ما قد تحتاج إليه، وعند انتهائها يُحتسب ما استُخدم فعلًا، ولا يتجاوز أبدًا ما حُجز، ويُعاد الباقي. والمهمة التي تفشل لا تأخذ منه شيئًا. وإذا أوقفت مهمة قبل أن تُنتج نتيجتها فلا يُحتسب عليك شيء، إلا في «اسأل ملفك» إذا كانت الإجابة قد بدأت تصلك، فيُحتسب ما كُتب منها. وتجد ما استخدمته بتواريخه ومقاديره في شاشة «الخطط والاستخدام».

التجديد والإلغاء. تتجدد الخطط تلقائيًا كل شهر بالسعر المعمول به، إلى أن تلغيها. ويكون الإلغاء من إعدادات الاشتراكات في App Store أو Google Play (في شاشة «الخطط والاستخدام» زر يأخذك إليها)، قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية المدة الجارية. وبعد الإلغاء تبقى لك الخطة واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي فيها حتى نهاية المدة التي دفعتها، وتبقى ملفاتك بلا السطر إلى ذلك الحين. وبعدها يعود السطر إلى الملفات الجديدة، ولا يبقى من استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في الخطة شيء. وحذف حسابك لا يلغي الخطة: فألغها من المتجر أولًا.

الاسترداد. تتولى Apple أو Google المدفوعات، وهما اللتان تبتان في طلبات الاسترداد وفق قواعدهما. ولا نستطيع نحن رد ثمن عملية شراء تمت عبر المتجر. وإذا رُد ثمن عملية شراء أو أُلغيت، انتهت الخطة التي دُفع ثمنها بها، وانتهى معها استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي فيها.

تغيير الخطة والاستعادة. تغير خطتك من إعدادات الاشتراكات في المتجر. وإذا بدأ بالتغيير شهر مدفوع جديد، بدأ بكامل استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في الخطة الجديدة، ولا يُرحَّل إليه ما بقي من الخطة السابقة. والخطة تابعة لحسابك: اضغط «استعادة» في شاشة «الخطط والاستخدام» لتنقلها إلى هاتف آخر.

تغير الأسعار. إذا تغير سعر خطة، يبلغك المتجر قبل تجديدك التالي وفق قواعده.

التطبيق

Q-Ai PDF وتصميمه واسمه وشعاره ملك لشركة QbyteLab. ونمنحك حقًا شخصيًا غير قابل للتحويل في استخدام التطبيق على أجهزتك وفق هذه الشروط. ولا يجوز لك نسخه أو تعديله أو إعادة بيعه أو إجراء هندسة عكسية له، إلا حيث يمنحك القانون هذا الحق.

App Store وGoogle Play ليسا طرفًا في هذه الشروط وليسا مسؤولين عن التطبيق ولا عن دعمه. وتنطبق شروطهما أيضًا على تنزيلك ومشترياتك.

بلا ضمان

نعمل على أن يكون Q-Ai PDF موثوقًا، لكنه يُقدم كما هو. ولا نعد بأنه سيكون متاحًا دائمًا أو خاليًا من الأخطاء، ولا بأن أداةً أو نتيجةً للذكاء الاصطناعي ستصلح لغرض بعينه. فراجع النتائج المهمة، واحتفظ بنسخ من ملفاتك المهمة.

مسؤوليتنا

في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل شركة QbyteLab المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو فوات الربح أو فقدان البيانات الناشئة عن استخدام التطبيق، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل الخطط خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للواقعة. ولا يُسقط شيء في هذه الشروط حقوقًا يمنحك إياها قانون حماية المستهلك في بلدك ولا يجوز التنازل عنها.

الإنهاء

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق متى شئت. ويحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي إذا خالفت هذه الشروط مخالفة جسيمة أو متكررة. وتبقى سارية أحكام هذه الشروط التي وُضعت لتدوم: ملفاتك، والمسؤولية، والقانون الواجب التطبيق.

تغييرات هذه الشروط

قد نحدث هذه الشروط. وتُنشر النسخة الجديدة على qbytelab.com/ai-pdf-terms مع تاريخها، ويحملها التطبيق ابتداءً من تحديثه التالي. وإذا واصلت استخدام التطبيق بعد التغيير فأنت تقبل الشروط الجديدة. ولا يمسّ أي تغيير مدة سبق أن دفعت ثمنها: تبقى لها خطتها واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي فيها حتى نهايتها.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقانون البلد الذي تأسست فيه شركة QbyteLab. والنزاعات التي لا تُحل بالتفاهم معنا تختص بها المحاكم المختصة في ذلك البلد، دون أن يحرمك ذلك من حماية القواعد الآمرة لحماية المستهلك في بلد إقامتك.

Ces conditions constituent l’accord entre vous et QbyteLab, la société qui publie Q-Ai PDF. En utilisant l’application, vous les acceptez. Si vous n’êtes pas d’accord, merci de ne pas l’utiliser.

Ce qu’est Q-Ai PDF

Un éditeur et des outils qui fonctionnent sur votre téléphone : modifier, scanner, fusionner, diviser, compresser, convertir, signer, protéger, etc. Ils sont gratuits et ne demandent ni compte ni connexion.
Des fonctions d’IA, marquées « AI » : elles rédigent des documents et des présentations, convertissent, traduisent, résument et répondent à vos questions sur un PDF. Elles s’exécutent sur notre serveur, demandent un compte et sont décomptées de l’utilisation de l’IA, qu’un forfait apporte pour chaque mois payé.

Vos fichiers

Vos fichiers et ce que vous créez avec l’application vous appartiennent. Nous ne revendiquons aucun droit sur eux. Il vous revient d’avoir le droit d’utiliser les fichiers et les textes que vous apportez dans l’application.

Lorsque vous utilisez une fonction d’IA, vous nous autorisez à traiter ce que vous envoyez — et à le transmettre aux fournisseurs d’IA nommés dans la Politique de confidentialité — uniquement pour produire votre résultat et le conserver dans votre compte.

L’application conserve vos fichiers sur votre téléphone. Si vous perdez le téléphone ou désinstallez l’application, ils disparaissent et nous ne pouvons pas les récupérer : gardez vos propres copies de ce qui compte.

La mention en bas des fichiers

Les fichiers que l’application produit lorsque vous n’avez pas de forfait actif portent une petite mention en bas : « Q-Ai PDF by QbyteLab.com » — sur chaque page d’un PDF, dans le pied de page d’un document Word, en bas de chaque diapositive, dans le pied de page d’impression d’un classeur, en dernière ligne d’un fichier texte, et dessinée en bas d’une image. Les fichiers que vous ne faites qu’ouvrir, consulter ou partager tels quels ne sont jamais marqués.

Avec un forfait actif, la mention n’est plus ajoutée, et elle est retirée d’un fichier lorsque vous le partagez, l’enregistrez de nouveau ou lui appliquez un outil. Une mention dessinée sur une image fait partie de l’image et ne peut plus en être retirée.

Cette mention fait partie de l’offre gratuite : merci de ne pas la retirer des fichiers produits sans forfait.

Comptes

Un compte n’est nécessaire que pour les fonctions d’IA et les forfaits. Vous vous connectez avec Apple ou Google. Protégez votre téléphone et votre compte Apple ou Google : ce qui est fait depuis votre compte relève de votre responsabilité.

Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment dans l’application (Compte → Supprimer le compte). La suppression est définitive : l’utilisation de l’IA restant sur le compte est perdue, et un forfait acheté sur l’App Store ou Google Play continue de courir tant que vous ne l’y avez pas résilié. La Politique de confidentialité indique précisément ce qui est supprimé et ce qui est conservé.

Fonctions d’IA

Vérifiez les résultats. L’IA peut se tromper. Ce qu’elle écrit peut contenir des erreurs, des faits inventés, des chiffres faux ou des informations dépassées, et un document converti ou traduit peut différer de l’original. Relisez et vérifiez chaque document avant de vous y fier, de l’envoyer ou de le signer.

Pas un conseil professionnel. Rien de ce que produit l’IA ne constitue un conseil juridique, médical, financier, fiscal ou autre conseil professionnel. Pour les décisions importantes, consultez une personne qualifiée.

Usage acceptable. Les fonctions d’IA reposent sur les modèles Claude d’Anthropic, et la politique d’utilisation d’Anthropic s’applique à ce que vous leur demandez. En particulier, n’utilisez pas Q-Ai PDF pour :

enfreindre la loi ou aider autrui à l’enfreindre ;
produire des contenus injurieux, haineux, trompeurs ou relevant de l’exploitation sexuelle, ou qui nuisent à des enfants ;
porter atteinte aux droits d’autrui, ou traiter des fichiers que vous n’avez pas le droit d’utiliser ;
attaquer, surcharger, sonder ou revendre le service, ou contourner ses limites.

L’IA peut refuser une demande. Nous pouvons suspendre ou clôturer un compte utilisé de ces façons.

Les résultats sont conservés 30 jours. Un résultat reste dans votre compte sur notre serveur pendant 30 jours après la fin de sa tâche, afin que vous puissiez l’ouvrir sur vos appareils ; il est ensuite supprimé. Un document que vous avez ouvert ou enregistré se trouve sur votre téléphone et y reste : enregistrez ce que vous voulez garder.

Disponibilité et limites. Les fonctions d’IA dépendent de services d’autres sociétés et d’une connexion ; elles peuvent être lentes ou indisponibles par moments. Des limites s’appliquent à la taille des fichiers, au nombre de pages et à la longueur des demandes. Un plafond quotidien d’utilisation, et un plafond hebdomadaire égal à cinq fois le plafond quotidien, protègent le compte contre les emballements — vous pouvez modifier le plafond quotidien sur l’écran Forfaits et utilisation.

Forfaits et utilisation de l’IA

Forfaits. Q-Ai PDF propose des forfaits mensuels (Starter, Plus, Pro et Max), vendus sur l’App Store et Google Play. Le prix est affiché sur l’écran Forfaits et utilisation et par la boutique avant l’achat, dans votre devise.

Ce qu’apporte un forfait. Un forfait est un abonnement mensuel. Pour chaque mois payé, il apporte à votre compte l’utilisation de l’IA indiquée pour ce forfait sur l’écran Forfaits et utilisation : chaque mois payé commence avec la totalité. Pendant tout le mois payé — même une fois l’utilisation de l’IA de ce mois épuisée — les fichiers que vous produisez ne portent pas la mention « Q-Ai PDF by QbyteLab.com ».

Ce qui n’est pas utilisé n’est pas reporté. L’utilisation de l’IA qui reste à la fin d’un mois payé ne s’ajoute pas au mois suivant : le nouveau mois commence avec la totalité prévue par le forfait, sans plus. Lorsqu’un forfait prend fin sans être renouvelé — vous l’avez résilié et la période payée est écoulée, un renouvellement n’a pas été payé, ou l’achat a été remboursé ou annulé —, il ne reste rien de son utilisation de l’IA. Ce qui restait est également perdu si vous supprimez votre compte. L’utilisation de l’IA n’est pas de l’argent : elle ne peut être ni retirée, ni échangée contre des espèces, ni transférée vers un autre compte, sauf si la loi en dispose autrement.

Utilisation de l’IA de bienvenue. Un nouveau compte peut recevoir, une seule fois, un peu d’utilisation de l’IA pour essayer les fonctions d’IA. Elle n’est rattachée à aucun mois. Lorsqu’un forfait commence, l’utilisation de l’IA du forfait la remplace — les deux ne s’additionnent pas — et elle ne revient pas quand le forfait prend fin.

Comment l’utilisation de l’IA est décomptée. Seules les fonctions d’IA entament l’utilisation de l’IA. Une tâche l’entame selon le travail réellement effectué — le modèle d’IA choisi, la quantité de texte lue et écrite, et, le cas échéant, les images et les recherches web. Au lancement d’une tâche, le maximum qu’elle pourrait demander est mis de côté ; à la fin, seul ce qui a réellement été utilisé est décompté, jamais plus que ce qui avait été mis de côté, et le reste est restitué. Une tâche qui échoue ne l’entame pas. Si vous arrêtez une tâche avant qu’elle ait produit son résultat, rien n’est décompté, sauf pour une réponse qui avait déjà commencé à vous parvenir dans « Interroger un PDF », où la partie rédigée est décomptée. Ce que vous avez utilisé, avec dates et montants, figure sur l’écran Forfaits et utilisation.

Renouvellement et résiliation. Les forfaits se renouvellent automatiquement chaque mois, au prix en vigueur, jusqu’à résiliation. Vous résiliez dans les réglages d’abonnement de l’App Store ou de Google Play (un bouton de l’écran Forfaits et utilisation vous y conduit), au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours. Après la résiliation, le forfait et son utilisation de l’IA vous restent acquis jusqu’à la fin de la période payée, et vos fichiers restent sans la mention jusque-là. Ensuite, la mention revient sur les nouveaux fichiers et il ne reste rien de l’utilisation de l’IA du forfait. Supprimer votre compte ne résilie pas un forfait : résiliez-le d’abord dans la boutique.

Remboursements. Les paiements sont gérés par Apple ou Google, qui décident des remboursements selon leurs règles. Nous ne pouvons pas rembourser nous-mêmes un achat effectué en boutique. Si un achat est remboursé ou annulé, le forfait qu’il finançait prend fin, et son utilisation de l’IA avec lui.

Changer de forfait et restaurer. Vous changez de forfait dans les réglages d’abonnement de la boutique. Lorsque le changement ouvre une nouvelle période payée, celle-ci commence avec la totalité de l’utilisation de l’IA du nouveau forfait ; ce qui restait du forfait précédent n’est pas reporté. Un forfait est attaché à votre compte : utilisez Restaurer sur l’écran Forfaits et utilisation pour le retrouver sur un autre téléphone.

Changements de prix. Si le prix d’un forfait change, la boutique vous en informe avant votre prochain renouvellement, comme le prévoient ses règles.

L’application

Q-Ai PDF, son design, son nom et son logo appartiennent à QbyteLab. Nous vous accordons un droit personnel et non transférable d’utiliser l’application sur vos appareils, dans le cadre de ces conditions. Vous ne pouvez pas la copier, la modifier, la revendre ni en faire l’ingénierie inverse, sauf lorsque la loi vous en donne le droit.

L’App Store et Google Play ne sont pas parties à ces conditions et ne sont pas responsables de l’application ni de son assistance. Leurs propres conditions s’appliquent aussi à votre téléchargement et à vos achats.

Absence de garantie

Nous travaillons à rendre Q-Ai PDF fiable, mais l’application est fournie en l’état. Nous ne promettons pas qu’elle sera toujours disponible ou exempte d’erreurs, ni qu’un outil ou un résultat de l’IA conviendra à un usage particulier. Vérifiez les résultats importants et gardez des copies de vos fichiers importants.

Notre responsabilité

Dans la mesure permise par la loi, QbyteLab n’est pas responsable des pertes indirectes, des manques à gagner ni des pertes de données résultant de l’utilisation de l’application, et notre responsabilité totale envers vous est limitée au montant que vous avez payé pour des forfaits au cours des douze mois précédant l’événement. Rien dans ces conditions ne supprime les droits que le droit de la consommation de votre pays vous accorde et auxquels il ne peut être renoncé.

Fin de l’utilisation

Vous pouvez cesser d’utiliser l’application à tout moment. Nous pouvons suspendre ou supprimer votre accès aux fonctions d’IA en cas de manquement grave ou répété à ces conditions. Les dispositions faites pour durer — vos fichiers, la responsabilité, le droit applicable — continuent de s’appliquer.

Modifications de ces conditions

Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and QbyteLab, the company that publishes Q-Ai PDF. By using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Q-Ai PDF is

An editor and a set of tools that work on your phone: edit, scan, merge, split, compress, convert, sign, protect and more. They are free and need neither an account nor a connection.
AI features, marked “AI”: they write documents and presentations, convert, translate, summarise and answer questions about a PDF. They run on our server, need an account and count against your AI usage, which a plan gives for each paid month.

Your files

Your files and what you make with the app are yours. We claim no rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to use the files and the text you bring to the app.

When you use an AI feature you allow us to process what you send — and to pass it to the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy — only to produce your result and to keep it in your account.

The app keeps your files on your phone. If you lose the phone or remove the app, they are gone and we cannot recover them: keep your own copies of what matters.

The line at the bottom of files

Files that the app produces while you have no active plan carry a small line at the bottom: “Q-Ai PDF by QbyteLab.com” — on each page of a PDF, in the footer of a Word document, at the bottom of each slide, in the print footer of a workbook, as the last line of a text file, and drawn at the bottom of a picture. Files you only open, view or share unchanged are never written on.

With an active plan the line is no longer added, and it is taken off a file when you share it, save it again or run a tool on it. A line drawn on a picture is part of the picture and cannot be taken off afterwards.

The line is part of the free offer: please do not strip it from files made without a plan.

Accounts

You need an account only for the AI features and for plans. You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your phone and your Apple or Google account secure: what is done from your account is your responsibility.

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account). Deleting is final: the AI usage left on the account is lost, and a plan bought in the App Store or Google Play keeps running until you cancel it there. The Privacy Policy says exactly what is deleted and what is kept.

AI features

Check the results. AI can be wrong. What it writes may contain mistakes, invented facts, wrong figures or outdated information, and a converted or translated document may differ from the original. Read and check every document before you rely on it, send it or sign it.

Not professional advice. Nothing the AI produces is legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice. For decisions that matter, ask a qualified person.

Acceptable use. The AI features are provided through Anthropic’s Claude models, and Anthropic’s Usage Policy applies to what you ask of them. In particular, do not use Q-Ai PDF to:

break the law or help others break it;
produce content that is abusive, hateful, deceptive or sexually exploitative, or that harms children;
infringe someone else’s rights, or process files you have no right to use;
attack, overload, probe or resell the service, or get around its limits.

The AI may decline a request. We may suspend or close an account that is used in these ways.

Results are kept for 30 days. A result stays in your account on our server for 30 days after its job ended, so that you can open it on your devices; then it is deleted. A document you have opened or saved is on your phone and stays there: save what you want to keep.

Availability and limits. The AI features depend on other companies’ services and on a connection; they may be slow or unavailable at times. Limits apply to the size of files, the number of pages and the length of requests. A daily ceiling on what an account can use, and a weekly ceiling of five times the daily one, protect it from runaway use — you can change the daily ceiling on the Plans screen.

Plans and AI usage

Plans. Q-Ai PDF offers monthly plans (Starter, Plus, Pro and Max), sold through the App Store and Google Play. The price is shown on the Plans screen and by the store before you buy, in your currency.

What a plan gives. A plan is a monthly subscription. For each month that is paid, it gives your account the AI usage shown for that plan on the Plans screen: every paid month starts with the full amount. For the whole paid month — also after that month’s AI usage has been used up — the files you make do not carry the “Q-Ai PDF by QbyteLab.com” line.

What is not used does not carry over. AI usage that is left when a paid month ends is not added to the next month: the new month starts with the plan’s full amount, and no more. When a plan ends without being renewed — you cancelled it and the paid period ran out, a renewal was not paid, or the purchase was refunded or reversed — nothing remains of its AI usage. What is left is also lost if you delete your account. AI usage is not money: it cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred to another account, except where the law requires otherwise.

Welcome AI usage. A new account may receive a small amount of AI usage to try the AI features, once. It is not tied to a month. When a plan starts, the plan’s AI usage takes its place — the two are not added together — and it does not come back when the plan ends.

How AI usage is used. AI usage is used by AI features only. A job uses it according to the work actually done — the AI model you chose, how much text is read and written, and any pictures and web searches. When a job starts, the most it could need is set aside; when it ends, what was actually used is counted, never more than what was set aside, and the rest is given back. A job that fails uses none. If you stop a job before it has produced its result, nothing is counted — except for an answer that had already begun to reach you in “Ask your PDF”, where the part written is counted. What you used, with dates and amounts, is on the Plans screen.

Renewal and cancelling. Plans renew automatically every month, at the price in force, until you cancel. You cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (the Plans screen has a button that takes you there), at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. After cancelling, the plan and its AI usage remain yours until the end of the period you have paid for, and your files stay without the line until then. After that, the line returns on new files and nothing remains of the plan’s AI usage. Deleting your account does not cancel a plan: cancel it in the store first.

Refunds. Payments are handled by Apple or Google, and refunds are decided by them under their rules. We cannot refund a store purchase ourselves. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the plan it paid for ends, and its AI usage ends with it.

Changing plans and restoring. You change plan in the store’s subscription settings. When the change starts a new paid period, that period starts with the new plan’s full AI usage; what was left of the previous plan’s does not carry over. A plan belongs to your account: use Restore on the Plans screen to bring it to another phone.

Price changes. If the price of a plan changes, the store will inform you before your next renewal, as its rules provide.

The app

Q-Ai PDF, its design, its name and its logo belong to QbyteLab. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on your devices under these terms. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer it, except where the law gives you that right.

The App Store and Google Play are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or its support. Their own terms also apply to your download and your purchases.

No guarantee

We work to make Q-Ai PDF reliable, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that a tool or an AI result will be fit for a particular purpose. Check important results, and keep copies of important files.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, QbyteLab is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of the app, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for plans in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Ending

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the AI features if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. The parts of these terms that are meant to last — your files, responsibility, governing law — continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version is published at qbytelab.com/ai-pdf-terms with its date, and the app carries it from its next update. If you continue to use the app after a change, you accept the new terms. A change does not reach back into a period you have already paid for: that period keeps its plan and its AI usage until it ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where QbyteLab is established. Disputes that cannot be settled by talking to us are for the competent courts of that country — without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.
