Q-Ai Council — Delete Account and Data
You can delete your Q-Ai Council account and the data associated with it at any time. The process is immediate and irreversible.
From inside the app (recommended)
- Open Q-Ai Council.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap your account card and choose Delete account.
If you can no longer open the app
Write to contact@qbytelab.com from the email address of your account, with “Delete my Q-Ai Council account” in the subject, and we will delete it for you.
What is deleted
- On your device: your sign-in session, council chats, shelved knowledge, memory and cached data.
- On our side: your account is closed, and your encrypted cloud vault is erased and its key discarded.
What is kept
Billing records are kept for 24 months, because a payment dispute has to be answerable. They hold the time, the model, the token counts and the cost of each request — never the text of a question or an answer.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.
