Q-Ai Council — Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
By using Q-Ai Council (the “App”), published by QbyteLab, you agree to these terms.
1. What this app is
Q-Ai Council puts several leading AI models on one request: each answers, then reads the others and may revise, and the council settles on a consensus — with the level of agreement shown and any dissent recorded rather than hidden.
2. How it runs
Q-Ai Council runs on a monthly plan bought inside the app. Your requests go through our server, which reaches each AI model under our own account with its maker.
3. Plans and usage
A plan is a monthly subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play; it renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account. Each plan includes an amount of usage, metered per request and shown in the app as usage for the current session and the current week. Usage is not money: it cannot be transferred or cashed out. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under that store’s policy.
4. Limits
Every plan has a usage limit for each session and each week — it protects you from a runaway loop and us from abuse — and higher plans have higher limits. We may change prices and limits; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
5. Not professional advice
AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. A council reduces that risk; it does not remove it. Verify anything that matters. Nothing in this app is financial, medical, legal or other professional advice.
6. Fair use
Do not misuse the app, work around its limits, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Liability
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QByteLab is not liable for losses arising from its use.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. contact@qbytelab.com — qbytelab.com
